0165(2)(b) There were loose cables coming from a computer in a classrom that were not adjusted tightly to the wall, leaving the cord loose accessible and at reach of children. 0165(2)(d) There were plastic bags under the diaper changing table, in an open cabinet, accessible and at reach of children at the time of visit. 0165(3)(a) There was a a rusted item in the outdoor licensed area on the preschool side that was in damaged condition and had a sharp piece of wire.
